Shipping
We currently ship anywhere in the continental US. Generally, orders placed any given day will be baked fresh the following day and shipped the same day except days when the post office is closed, such as Sundays and Holidays, unless the customer specifies in the order comments section alternative instructions.
Unforunately, neither Priority or Express mail service through the US Post Service are GUARNATEED SERVICES!

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Returns Policy
We are unable to allow return of perishable products. However your complete satisfaction is important to us. Please let us know of any issues you may encounter with our product or shipping and we will be happy to help rectify the issue.
If you have an issue with your shipped cupcake order, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail or call you directly to help you with your refund.
